The Algorithms

Lawptimize uses a combination of algorithms in order to produce the analysis in the results for each litigation tree.

• We use Monte Carlo stochastic techniques in order to calculate the values for the parameters that are presented in the reports
• We use standard statistical modelling for the calculation of the expected values of the cost, the results, the cash flow and the analysis of the litigation tree
• We use variational techniques that allow users to judge which decisions are most critical for their case
• We use Bayeasian statistical inference in order to calculate predictions at the back end that will assist with the future predictions and decisions.

Our aim is to expand the current algorithms by using:

• Machine learning which will help produce different insights on each users analysis
• Game Theory in order to find equilibria in the process which will assist the users in their strategy and decision making.

We expect the new algorithms to be launched within 2021.
