Support and Training

In Lawptimize we understand the difficulties in getting users accustomed to using the tools that are part of the platform for litigation risk management. Although the user interface is easy to use and customizable to the conditions that the lawyers want to include in each case we find that understanding both the fields that need to be entered and the results that are produced by the algorithms makes Lawptimize a platform that they can integrate in their daily routine.

For this reason we provide our new members with training and support sessions in which we explain the way that the platform operates with real examples that are custimized to their practice. These examples are then saved in their profiles and can be further used and customized by them.

So far this has worked wonders for our memebers as more and more cases are entered in Lawptimize each day.
