A question that arises quite often in our discussions with lawyers is whether lawptimize is a prediction platform. Is what we do an analysis that predicts the outcome of litigation?

We are not predicting the results of litigation and we are not trying to predict the damages or costs awarded by the courts. We are also not replacing the lawyer in his role of strategizing and organizing litigation.
